Our history

The history of the restaurant ‘La Parrilla’ begins when its founder, José Luis Rodríguez, owner of the butcher’s shop ‘Lechazos y Selectos’ in the Triana Market since 2005, decides to expand his business.

At ‘Lechazos y Selectos’ we have always been very proud of our top quality meats. That is why we came to the conclusion that we had to go a step further and create a place where our customers could enjoy all the flavor of our meats “live and direct”.

With ‘La Parrilla’ we wanted to transmit to our diners our desire, our love and our good work when it comes to preparing wonderful meats such as lamb, suckling pig or any of our red and select meats. And all this at an affordable price for any pocket.

In our menu you will find all the meats that we have in our butcher’s counter ‘Lechazos y Selectos’. And since we are sure you will love the culinary experience we offer you, you can always take meat home to enjoy it another time.
